Valley Trails Field Trip (4th & 5th Grade)

Cost: $40 per person
Transportation: Will be provided by bus departing promptly at 7:45am and returning by end of school day.
Attire: Wear a red Jubilee polo shirt, jeans or khaki pants and school appropriate shoes comfortable for walking. (per Dress Code)
Bring: A sack lunch and water bottle that can be thrown away.

Permission slip and payment due no later than Friday, February 9th.
