At Jubilee Christian School, we believe that “Childhood is a journey and not a race.” We believe in providing our students with high academics in a Christ-centered environment. Jubilee offers small class sizes with credentialed teachers. Our teachers instill the love of learning into each one of our students and assist every student in mastering academic concepts. Our students know that if they believe they will achieve, Proverbs 16:3 “Commit to the Lord whatever you do and your plans will succeed.”

Jubilee also offers Computers, Spanish, Music, Art, Library, and Physical Education for all grades K-8. Our teachers teach using the Multiple Intelligence Approach to Learning because we know that all children learn differently and it is our job to present the information in a way that is best for all students.

On behalf of our staff, welcome to Jubilee Christian Preschool. We are excited about our school becoming a vital part of your child’s educational career. Here at Jubilee we believe in providing a strong academic and spiritual foundation for your child(ren) to grow and develop. Each child in our care is viewed as an individual with their own temperament, personality, and learning style. We utilize a Chrisitan-based curriculum by Bob Jones, that is one age group ahead, but is customized to meet each child’s developmental needs and assist them in reaching their full potential each and every day. Our daily schedules include daily Bible curriculum, sensory exploration, learning centers, art, music, and movement, in addition to our academic instruction.

Elementary

Jubilee Elementary School is offered for grades K-5^th. Every classroom presents a unique community of learners who vary not only in abilities, but also in learning styles. Our role as educators is to give children the tools with which to cultivate their own knowledge. To accomplish this goal, we teach to the needs of each child so that all learners feel capable and successful.

Our curriculum presents learning opportunities relevant to daily life. We develop instruction around student interests which fosters intrinsic motivation and stimulates a passion for learning. We incorporate themes, integrated units, projects, group work, individual work, and hands-on learning in order to promote higher level thinkers. Students are presented with a rigorous academic program in a Christ-centered environment.

elem class3 Students in Kindergarten thru 5^th grade attend classes in Spanish, Technology, Art, Music, Library and Physical Education in order to provide for a well-rounded education. Students also attend Chapel every Wednesday and morning Chapel daily to worship and pray for our day together as a family.

Students in Kindergarten thru 5^th grade are taught using the National and State Standards. All of our curriculums are the most current copyrights available and meet National and State Standards for Learning. Daily Core Curriculum taught is Bible, Math, Language Arts/Reading, Writing, Spelling, Science, Social Studies, and Penmanship.

Jubilee Christian School’s Elementary Program utilizes the following curriculums:

Middle School

Middle School is offered for grades 6th-8th. Every classroom presents a unique community of learners who vary not only in abilities, but also in learning styles. Our role as educators is to give children the tools with which to cultivate their own knowledge. middle3 Students in 6th thru 8th grade are presented daily with core subjects in Bible, English, Math, History, Science, Spanish and Physical Education. Students also have an opportunity to choose from a variety of elective classes which have included: Art, Technology/Yearbook, Journalism, Study Skills, Home Economics, Dance, ASB, Music/Drama, Coding, and more.

Our Middle School students have the opportunity to participate in the following overnight field trips:
• Spiritual Retreat: Time devoted for students to grow together spiritually, fellowship together, and bond with their teachers.

• CIMI Catalina: Students are given an opportunity to explore the beautiful island of Catalina while learning about Marine Biology.

• Astro Camp: Astro Camp is a science camp in Idyllwild, CA . Students will explore the laws of physics, astronomy, and team building.

• Washington D.C.: Students will have an opportunity to see history brought to life.
