Trunk-or-Treat Car (K8)/Canopy (Preschool) Sign-Up

EVENT RULES & GUIDELINES FOR PARTICIPATING VEHICLES
- Please arrive between 8:30-9am to get parked and decorate your trunk. Vehicles that arrive after 9am will not be able to participate.
- Vehicles must be decorated and ready to hand out candy by 9:45am.
- Participants are responsible to provide their own candy (pre-packaged) or prizes to hand out to children (approximately 175 children).
- No homemade snacks may be distributed due to safety and student allergies.
- No electrical will be provided.
- Vehicles must remain parked until the event is over and the area is child free (11:30am).
- Family friendly/non-scary decorations & costumes only.
- All participants must be signed up by Friday, October 27th.

- Please arrive between 9-9:30am to get set up and decorate your area.
- Your canopy must be decorated and ready to hand out candy by 10:15am.
- Participants are responsible to provide their own candy (pre-packaged) or prizes to hand out to children (approximately 70 children).
- No homemade snacks may be distributed due to safety and student allergies.
- No electrical will be provided.
- Participants must remain in their spot until the event is over and the area is child free (11:30am).
- Family friendly/non-scary decorations & costumes only.
- All participants must be signed up by Friday, October 27th.
