Ocean Institute Maritime Revolutionary War Field Trip

Sign your 5th Grade student up for this exciting learning opportunity! A full day spent on a maritime ship learning about the Revolutionary War.

Cost: $125 per person
Transportation: Will be provided by parents. Once chaperones are selected all parents will be notified to coordinate with a driver you feel comfortable with. This helps reduce the cost of the field trip by removing expensive bus fees.
Attire: Wear a Jubilee polo or Jubilee t-shirt, uniform pants or jeans, and comfortable walking shoes.
Bring: A sack lunch and disposable water bottle.

Permission slip and payment due no later than Friday, February 27th.

I grant permission for my student to attend the Ocean Institute Maritime Revolutionary Voyage Field Trip on Tuesday, April 14, 2026. I understand that there will be parent drivers transporting my student. Once chaperones have been selected parents will be informed of available parent drivers to coordinate transportation of their child.

My student will not be attending the Ocean Institute Maritime Revolutionary War Field Trip Field Trip. I understand that my student must remain home from school for the day.

I would like to Chaperone and drive students if a spot is available. Chaperone spaces are extremely limited so all chaperones will be required to transport students. I understand that if a spot is available I will be contacted by the school office and will have 24 hours to pay the fee for my spot before it is given to the next individual on the wait list.
