I understand that upon completion of this registration form my child has a space reserved in the Jubilee Summer Camp 2026; however, I acknowledge that I must sign my child up for each week that I would like them to attend no later than a full week prior (Sunday at midnight one week in advance). I understand that this registration fee and weekly sign up fees are non-refundable or transferable regardless of attendance.
